Tech Home Study, Inc. provides inspection services for the Home Buyer, the Home Seller, and for Those Building Their New Home.  In the links on the left side of this page you can access an abbreviated list of items THS will inspect in each case. 

When doing an inspection on a home being resold, Tech Home Study will inspect over 300 items in the home.  You can see many of these items in the 'Inspection Checklist' on your left.            When doing an inspection on your home either while it is under construction, or when it has just been completed prior to closing, we will review the entire project as it relates to the BUILDING CODE requirements.  In the 'New Construction Codes' link to your left you will see some of the more common building code violations.  This is just a highlight.  In practice the entire One & Two Family Dwelling Code Book will be used, as well as the National Electrical Code (NEC) Book for electrical issues.
